My husband and I have been getting our oil changed at Hubbard's for quite some time now. Leslie in Service get's us right in and out. She is always very accommodating to us, whether it's picking our vehicles up from us at work, or making sure we have a ride somewhere. You can't beat their prices either.

Thank you! I was out of town and my wife was leaving to take the kids to school and the truck was dead...we called Leslie and they had someone at the house in 20 minutes. They brought the truck and my family to the dealership where Matt Hubbard was waiting with a loaner vehicle already warmed up. Kim followed up with us later in the day that they were keeping it overnight to be sure they got the root of the problem. We always shop local first...and they make it easy. Fly that flag high, my kids always love to walk out to the lot with me to check it out while we are in for service!
Bought a used car from them and was talked into extended warranty. Big mistake I know. Brought the car in when it was not running right and the item they told me needed replaced was printed on my extended warranty brochure as being "covered". But they wanted to call it a maintenance item and refused the repair. After my deductible they would have had to pay about $40 for the item. Make a long story short I was able to cancel my warranty and got $750 back for that. Vowed to never return to them ever again.
