They did a great job diagnosing and repairing a faulty injector on my CTS. They were professional and affordable. I would trust them with future repairs.
I would say for very basic repair/oil change/brake replacement this would be a satisfactory establishment. Anything more I am not sure I would put my trust into them. I took my car for a repair, cam shaft sensor, they replaced it based on how I said the car was running. The next day I drove it and it started doing the same thing and I smelled oil. When I went in, I was looked at foolishly for stating I smelled oil, with a response of, "well we saw the oil leak, we thought you knew, it is so bad it must have been like this for a very long time". Astonished at this point because I am unclear why a professional mechanic would allow me to drive away without saying a word about it the day before. I asked for an estimate on what needed replaced and what was now wrong with the car. I had to call to check up on my car because no one had called me and they gave me an estimate on an O2 sensor but not the oil issue with another response of, "oh I forgot all about it". At this point I was done and went and got my car and took it to another shop here in Monticello who has been amazing. White County Auto Mechanic not only was swift, but brought me in to explain what all was wrong with the car and discussed with me the pros and cons of getting it fixed at 182,000 miles or just giving up on it. When I picked the car up they had the old parts there so I knew exactly what had been replaced with a specific itemized bill and all diagnostic codes that appeared in case of future issues.
