I walked into American Rental with a warm welcome. After filling out a surprisingly simple application I was helped out by a very nice woman named Tana. She helped me picked out my items, we talked about how everything worked, she explained to me the lease agreement and sent me on my way. I had my items in just a couple days and couldn’t be any happier. Definitely would tell anyone who needs any kind of big ticket item to go in and see Tana, you’ll get amazing service and won’t walk out feeling ripped off.
