I was told they would call me when the quarry started making pea gravel again. Over two weeks go by without a word, so I call them to inquire on the status. When I asked about my order, they said, "Oh, we can delivery it to you tomorrow." So, apparently, they had been making it. After I gave them my name I expected them to pull up my order, but instead had to take all of my information again, including amount of gravel and delivery address. They had lost my order. If your one job is selling rocks, how could you possibly lose an order for it. I am disappointed to say the least.

Update: Today I called to confirm my order that was to be delivered between 10 and 12pm. Once again, they could not find my order. Last week, they took my credit card info over the phone to pay for the upcoming delivery since delivery driver could not accept that payment type. Once again, they could not find this information. I find this alarming, and very poor business practice. I cancelled my order with them and will not do any future business with them. When I gave the woman on the phone my feedback, she said thanks and hung up instead of allowing me to continue the conversation.
