I don't usually review businesses however I thought that this was very unprofessional. I'm from Monticello and like to keep local businesses in business however I will NEVER call to schedule with this business again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I called Ajax on a Friday afternoon to get a "rough" estimate to spray my crawl space. The lady on the phone stated that the guys were off for the weekend to call back on Monday. (No big deal).. so I call back on Monday to follow up. The lady put me on hold and came back to tell me that it would be hard to give an estimate that it would be anywhere from $100-$150--totally understandable since they don't know how big the crawl space is (I had no idea either) and aren't sure what they are spraying for. I ask if I can make an appointment-- the lady states that they are totally swamped and are looking at 2 weeks. I tell the lady that is totally fine that we have until August 16 to have this done. The lady still would not allow me to schedule and told me to call Reliable in Lafayette that they could better serve me. I once again ask if I can schedule that I'm not in a hurry and the lady once again tells me that they are booked way out and that I will need to call back to schedule.
