Worthless and disrespectful. Threw away my trash cans and will not replace them. They service our whole town and won't admit to it and claim they only do 1 house in our town. Called several time and they just deny anything to do with our town. Several other people in town have had the same issues. Will be looking for new service.
We have had service 3 years and are very pleased with our service, with customer service and how courteous our driver is.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. There were many of times, I'd pay for service and not receive it-too many times. Due to this I cancel my service and an employee came to my home and took my toter! (Which I bought out of pocket). These people really need to learn what customer service is!
Horrible service. I was told my service was cancelled in January because I had moved. I not only didn't call to cancel, but I haven't moved either. When I tried to get my trash picked up again no one would come to pick up even after numerous calls and the office staff was clueless as to why. Never worked with a more incompetent business. Will be looking for a better service.
