absentee owner-no rules in camp-sewer bill is way out of line,as there is a charge when you are not there in the winter, and when you are there in the summer, it is way to high.
Can not get park owner to return calls or emails. Annual lot price to high for what you get. Utilities also very high.

It looks like an ok place but kind of expensive lot rent and water gets turned off during winter. Wouldn't live here personally.
